 I strongly suggest phoning in any orders or changes to your order. I am happy to answer quick emails questions, but email orders/order changes are very risky and labor intensive. It often takes several emails to iron out all of the details and it's extremely difficult for me to sort through several emails over a period of a week or months to pull an order/order changes together. Details may be overlooked using this method of ordering.

If you do have to email about an order please include the following information in EACH email

Date of your event
number of guests
flavor
theme
inscription
phone number
special colors or details

Due to the fact that most of my work has to be pulled together at the end of the week and I have deliveries and pickups on the weekends it is often very difficult for me to answer emails and return phone calls between Thursdays and Sundays. If you need to speak to me PLEASE call again.
