 of 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

I may occasionally be away from the phone during business hours. Please call again.

 I strongly suggest phoning in any orders or changes to your order rather than email. I am happy to answer quick emails questions, but email orders/order changes are very risky and labor intensive. It often takes several emails to iron out all of the details and it's extremely difficult for me to sort through several emails over a period of a week or months to pull an order/order changes together. Details may be overlooked using this method of ordering.

Due to the fact that most of my decorating is done at the end of the week, and I have deliveries and pickups on the weekends it is often very difficult for me to answer emails and return phone calls between Thursdays and Sundays. If you need to speak to me PLEASE call again.

If at any time you send me an email or leave a phone message and you don't hear back from me for a couple of days PLEASE do call or email again.  I don't have a secretary and it's often very difficult to keep on top of messages and it really helps if you can call me back.
