Servings
Wedding Cake serving
sizes based on a 1" x 2" x 4" slice.
If you are saving the top tier for the 1st anniversary remember to
compensate for that in your serving calculations. Just subtract the
servings in the top tier from your total cake servings to determine the
servings available for your guests. There must be at least a 2"
(preferably 3" - 4")
difference in your tiers.
